The 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 refresh is set to revolutionize the electric vehicle market with its introduction of the North American Charging Standard (NACS) port. The new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 will be built in the US at Hyundai’s new Georgia factory, with production set to begin in the fall. Hyundai is also expecting the new model to qualify for a $3,750 federal tax credit for electric vehicles at the start of the sale, with additional federal incentives anticipated in the future. Additionally, Hyundai has confirmed that leases will still qualify for the $7,500 federal credit, with the full amount being passed down to the consumer.
