Microsoft’s cloud group has also seen a substantial increase in gross margin, from 42% in 2016 to an impressive 72% in the most recent quarter.

These include databases and monitoring tools, which not only contribute to Azure’s profitability but also provide developers with a comprehensive suite of resources to build and manage applications effectively.
